Download 7zip (if you have it or WinRAR already installed, skip this step) –

Borland C included additional tools, compiler code-optimization, and documentation to address the needs of commercial developers. In 1997 Borland C was replaced with Borland C Builder. Download Borland C++ Compiler v5.5 and C-Free (For Windows 32 bit and 64 bit) –

Right click on the downloaded file and click 7zip–>Extract to “the file name”
Open the newly created folder of the same name as the rar file

It will have a file named C Free and a folder named Borland.

Copy the Borland folder into your C: Drive.

After that, install C Free using the C Free.exe setup file in the extracted folder.
Restart your PC/ Laptop

Now, the IDE will be C Free but the coding rules and standards will be of Borland C++ 5.02.

Remember – You may have to add an additional #include directive otherwise the program upon executing will close automatically
